Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BetterLife is a not-for-profit organization focused on closing the health and longevity gap in rural America. As a BetterLife Affiliated Agent, you will help prospective members secure life insurance policies and engage with local member groups to make a difference in their communities.
Responsibilities
- Guiding individuals through the life insurance buying process using a consultative approach and building rapport to uncover the term life insurance and final expense products that will work best for their needs
- Facilitate the application process alongside our Member Services Team to ensure a timely delivery of an in force policy whether fully underwritten or non-medical
- Use our CRM and digital systems to manage your workflow
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience selling in a fast-paced, high transaction sales organization
- An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting rural America with resources needed to build stronger communities, and live better lives
- A bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing or other relevant degree
- Experience selling life insurance
- Active life insurance licenses or the ability and willingness to obtain after hire
