Skills Alliance is partnering with a leading specialty chemicals and additives manufacturer, hiring a Sales & Account Manager responsible for managing key accounts across the Southeast, while driving business development in emerging markets and new application areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand assigned accounts to achieve or surpass sales targets and strategic business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the development of new product applications
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations
- Promote the full range of company products to increase market share within the assigned territory
- Track customer requirements, industry trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity
- Hold regular customer meetings to review account performance and assess market position
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related disciplines
- 5+ years' experience with Base Oil, Lubricant Additive, Esters, Heat Transfer Fluid or Dielectric Fluid technologies
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-development, and customer management skills
- Candidates MUST be based in Southeast U.S
