The Account Executive will focus on new business generation and revenue growth, managing their own pipeline and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Sales prospecting and outbound strategy through calls, emails and social selling, with a clear focus on quality pipeline and results
- Full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing
- Solution selling focused on business impact and ROI, not just product features
- Pipeline management, activity tracking and forecasting using Salesforce
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Solution Consultant and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Staying close to current events, market trends and competitors to strengthen sales conversations
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, in an Account Executive or similar closing role
- Comfortable running outbound activity and proactively building pipeline
- A solution seeker with a strong growth mindset, always looking to learn, test and improve
- Resilient and adaptable, staying calm and focused when priorities change
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
- A natural collaborator who understands how individual work connects to wider business goals
- Fully accountable for results and outcomes
- English speaking
- Other languages are a plus
