Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success. Extensive experience in managing operations for multi-unit retail environments. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools. Proficiency in retail management software and ERP systems. Experience with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and financial reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
