The role involves managing all aspects of solar projects, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of solar projects from planning to execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Supervising project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Maintaining customer relationships and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Overseeing office functions like scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
- Developing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring company policies are followed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and remotely after extensive training
- Preferably in solar
