LS Solutions is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development of Accounting features within their automotive dealer management platform. The role involves defining the product vision, collaborating with teams, and ensuring high-quality releases that meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Owning and defining the product vision and roadmap aligned with business and customer needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Gathering feedback from account management and support teams to address dealer requirements and resolve issues
- Ensuring high-quality releases that deliver clear business value, and preparing documentation to facilitate adoption
- Engaging with partners and stakeholders to gather market insights and support product growth
- Supporting the development and mentoring of project teams, and maintaining a prioritized feature backlog
- Acting as an internal advocate for the product, communicating updates and value across the organization
Skills
- Experience in a product-focused role within automotive or SaaS dealer management solutions
- Knowledge of Accounting functionality in an automotive retail context
- Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
- Ability to create clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work effectively with technical teams
- Strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Comfort working collaboratively and driving product outcomes
