RoShay Services is seeking a strategic and hands-on AI Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that enhance productivity, risk assessments, underwriting, and business decisions. The role involves owning the AI roadmap, collaborating with leadership on use cases, and driving improvements through AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and defining success metrics for high-impact initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with leadership to discover use cases and evaluate AI tools and technologies
- Drive prototyping, deployment, and process improvements using LLMs, automation, and low-code platforms
- Support and evolve cloud environment and integrations, ensuring secure and organized operations
- Promote AI literacy through training and measure outcomes for continuous improvement
Skills
- 3–6 years in AI implementation, product management, or related roles
- Proficiency with AI tools, automation, APIs, cloud platforms, and prototyping
- Experience in risk models, underwriting, or analytics is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills
- Experience in fintech, solutions architecture, or personal AI projects
- Passion for AI trends
- Familiarity with RAG and predictive modeling
