The Senior Sales Director will drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle, targeting key decision-makers in the healthcare benefits sector.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a pipeline of prospects within our core ICP (plan designers, benefits decision-makers, TPA backroom, and BPO opportunities)
- Execute full-cycle sales from outreach through close, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Develop deep product expertise to deliver compelling, tailored demos and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maximise inbound and outbound conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts to leadership
- Surface market insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
Skills
- 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare benefits or HR tech
- Demonstrated success selling to HR leaders, benefits managers, or plan designers
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth startup environments
