The Recruiter role involves managing critical searches across various functions, utilizing AI tools and data-driven strategies to enhance the recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active searches simultaneously across a range of levels, supporting the highest priority searches to the business
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, deep web research, and AI-assisted tools to create research-driven sourcing strategies and market maps to identify target profiles
- Own Hiring Manager relationships end-to-end by partnering with them on search & engagement strategies, providing market data and helping them run a seamless recruiting process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining responsive, high-touch communication from first outreach through offer, driving strong close rates, and representing Angi's brand authentically at every touchpoint
- Use AI tools actively in your daily workflow — from outreach personalization and research synthesis to drafting prep materials. Evaluate what you get back critically, iterate on what works, and share learnings with the team
- Track pipeline health in Ashby, leveraging metrics to identify patterns, and proactively refine search strategy when needed
Skills
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven Sourcing & Research experience; including comfort with LinkedIn Boolean search strategies, market mapping, and iterating on search strategy based on results
- Ability to manage searches across multiple open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Data-driven; you track your own metrics, use pipeline data to make decisions, and present information to stakeholders in a clear, objective format
- You actively use AI tools to help make workflows more efficient, and you think critically about the output before using it
- An excellent and proactive communicator, both written and verbal — maintaining concise and timely updates to hiring teams, and professional and personalized interactions with candidates
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to pivot a search when requirements shift and proactively provide solutions
- 2-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience within an executive search firm, startup or tech company highly preferred
