Responsibilities
- Learn recruiting and talent consulting from the ground up — sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through a thoughtful hiring experience
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring goals, company culture, team dynamics, and long-term business needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process by providing honest feedback, thoughtful recommendations, and clear communication
- Represent Cherry Talent Group with professionalism, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail in every interaction
- Help craft compelling job postings and identify both active and passive talent across multiple industries
- Conduct candidate conversations focused not only on experience, but also on communication style, values alignment, and long-term fit
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
- Collaborate with the CTG team to share ideas, solve challenges, and continuously improve the recruiting experience
