The role involves sourcing and engaging candidates, managing client relationships, and recruiting for various industries while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
- Develop and manage relationships with hiring companies and clients
- Recruit for direct-hire opportunities across multiple industries
- Manage candidate pipelines from initial contact through placement
- Collaborate with the Summit Search Partners recruiting team
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records using our proprietary CRM platform
- Build your own client portfolio while also working existing opportunities available through our CRM
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Reliable computer or laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales experience
- Experience with business development or client relationship management
- Strong networking and sourcing skills
- Experience using recruiting software or applicant tracking systems is a plus
