Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HRize LLC is seeking a Python Backend Engineer with a focus on AI/ML. The role involves designing and building scalable backend services, improving platform reliability, and collaborating on architecture and system design.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using Python and Django
- Architect highly scalable backend systems for enterprise workloads
- Improve platform reliability, monitoring, logging, observability, and fault tolerance
- Build deployment frameworks supporting AWS, GCP, Azure, and private cloud environments
- Develop telemetry, analytics, and reporting systems
- Support secure on-premise and VPC deployments
- Build deployment automation using Docker and cloud-native technologies
- Ensure compatibility across multiple cloud platforms
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on architecture and system design
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Own projects from concept through production deployment
- Identify risks and proactively recommend solutions
- Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript when required
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Utilize AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows
- Improve engineering productivity using modern AI development tools
