Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is looking for a Proposal Management Analyst to join their Sales Operations team. The role involves providing comprehensive proposal management support, managing the production of high-quality responses, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal process and coordinate multiple customer responses (RFPs, RFIs, and security/vendor questionnaires) simultaneously
- Collaborate with Sales to understand goals, facilitate Go/No-Go and strategy meetings, and develop proposal plans
- Lead internal coordination, assign tasks, and ensure customer deadlines are met
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders using strong project management and communication skills
- Review responses for completeness, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and professionalism
- Manage proposal activities within Responsive (proposal management system)
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to the proposal content library
- Support additional proposal-related projects as needed
Skills
- At least 3 years of proposal or sales support experience, ideally within a high-tech or SaaS organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Excellent written, editing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and adaptability
