Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Simple Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead technology and business-focused initiatives. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with the company's culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and steering committee meetings
- Build strong partnerships with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and business leaders
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Coordinate project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful execution
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation efforts
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Establish and maintain issue and action logs
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams across business and technical organizations
- Coach team members and promote best practices in project management
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology and/or business transformation initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
- Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certification
- Experience within infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of financial tracking, forecasting, and portfolio management
- Experience supporting enterprise clients and large-scale technology implementations
