Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Physical Security Project Coordinator to support physical security projects including system upgrades, new installations, and documentation management. The role involves coordinating project schedules, collaborating with various teams and vendors, and maintaining compliance with security standards. This is a remote position with occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, documentation, action items, and project meetings
- Collaborate with Physical Security, Facilities, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support physical security systems, including video management and access control platforms
- Maintain project documentation, device lists, testing records, and system configurations
- Coordinate remote installations, testing, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with security standards and documentation processes
Skills
- 2–4+ years of project coordination or project support experience
- Experience supporting physical security systems (VMS/ACS), such as Milestone, OpenEye, Eagle Eye, CCURE, or Brivo
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, PoE, VLANs)
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- CAPM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ASIS PSP certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
