Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oracle Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the onboarding, implementation, and support of third-party data source integrations. This role involves managing the delivery of data source projects, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and ensuring successful client outcomes while improving project delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of third-party data source onboarding and integration projects from intake through production deployment
- Partner with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation plans
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of data source initiatives, enhancements, and defect remediation efforts
- Coordinate resolution of technical issues impacting client implementations and ongoing support activities
- Analyze data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to determine appropriate solutions
- Utilize data analysis and SQL-based investigations to validate data mappings, troubleshoot integration issues, and support implementation activities
- Track project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Communicate project updates, technical issues, and resolution plans to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Support KPI achievement related to project delivery, resource allocation, onboarding timelines, and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing technical products, integrations, implementations, or client-facing technology projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data integration concepts, APIs, interfaces, or ETL processes
- Experience utilizing SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, or validation
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with healthcare data integration platforms and healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience supporting third-party data source onboarding and implementation
- Knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies
