We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex federal information technology programs, overseeing multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of complex federal IT programs and projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government customers, contracting officers, and key stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies
- Ensure all contract deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
- Manage and mentor project managers and technical teams to achieve program objectives
- Monitor program performance using established metrics and provide regular status reports to Government leadership
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Support business development activities by providing technical and program management expertise for proposals and contract transitions
Skills
- 10+ years of management experience
- 4+ years of experience managing projects of a similar size and scope for the Federal Government
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience managing information technology evaluations
- Extensive experience developing and tracking schedule, cost, and risk for projects of similar size and scope in an Information Technology environment
- Understanding of Federal Government policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines
- Understanding of Federal Government contracting and billing processes along with experience in cost control management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing executive leadership and Government stakeholders
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
