Dice is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations to oversee print production and fulfillment processes. The role involves managing print vendors, coordinating material production, and ensuring compliance with marketing and medical material distribution.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end print production, fulfillment, and distribution of approved Commercial and Medical materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for print requests, vendor management, and fulfillment operations
- Oversee print management platforms (PrintDepot/Veeva Vault) and drive process improvements
- Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure compliance and timely delivery
- Lead print planning for product label updates, conference materials, and prescribing information distribution
- Generate operational reports, metrics, and business insights for stakeholders
- Support Material Review (MLR) Operations as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in print operations, marketing operations, project management, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Experience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platforms
- Strong vendor management, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
