What We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Comfort: Basic proficiency with desktop computer systems, including the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills, with a track record of finding effective solutions.
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Operating Systems: Comfort using Windows operating systems and standard office software.
