They are seeking a Plaintiff Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney to lead complex FCRA strategy, manage a high-volume docket, and drive case outcomes in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-volume docket of FCRA-driven consumer finance matters
- Drive case strategy: evaluate leverage, set litigation plans, and execute efficiently
- Own motion practice: draft and supervise dispositive motions and key filings
- Guide discovery strategy and ensure tight deadline control across matters
- Lead settlement negotiations and mediations; position cases for strong outcomes
- Partner with litigation leadership to improve templates, playbooks, and process
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team execution (as applicable)
Skills
- Active member in good standing of the California Bar
- 6+ years of litigation experience with substantial FCRA exposure
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume docket environment
- Strong legal writing and motion practice capability
- Proven settlement negotiation skills and practical judgment
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable leading case strategy
