Remote Personal Assistant / Sales Assistant
I’m looking to hire a highly organized and driven Remote Personal Assistant who can also help with cold calling, lead generation, and day-to-day business operations.
This is a fast-paced role supporting an entrepreneur running multiple businesses and projects across sales, operations, recruiting, and content.
Responsibilities
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel
• Handle administrative tasks and organization
• Make cold calls and follow-up calls
• Set appointments and qualify leads
• Assist with recruiting and hiring coordination
• Manage spreadsheets, CRM updates, and reporting
• Help keep projects and priorities organized
• Coordinate communication with team members and clients
• Handle miscellaneous tasks and problem solving as needed
Ideal Candidate
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with people
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and able to learn software quickly
• Reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented
Preferred Experience
• Personal assistant or executive assistant experience
• Cold calling or sales experience
• CRM or admin systems experience
• Remote work experience
