Signers National is a leading insurance platform that provides a range of brokerage and underwriting services to organizations of all sizes. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and providing support throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; provide recommendations to clients as needed
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage
- Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met
- Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic
- Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management
Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager
- Must hold a valid P&C insurance license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Applied Epic experience preferred
