Focus Financial Partners is a leading financial services firm that provides integrated wealth management and business management services. They are seeking a Performance Marketing, Senior Manager to lead and optimize paid digital acquisition programs aimed at generating qualified investor leads and driving measurable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Manage performance of six‑figure monthly digital media budgets
- Partner with external agencies on campaign execution, strategy, and reporting
- Develop and manage campaign targeting, audience strategies, and keyword portfolios
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in collaboration with the web team
- Implement structured A/B testing programs for creative, messaging, and offers
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting on ROI and lead quality
- Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Identify opportunities to expand into new performance channels
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Experience in financial services
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
- Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4 and marketing dashboards
