We’re seeking individuals who are:
Fast learners
Self-sufficient and able to work independently
Positive, upbeat, and personable
Comfortable handling high call volumes
Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems quickly
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!
Available Shifts (Pacific Standard Time): Might need to be changed
Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Who We Are:
We are a remote call center that partners closely with medical professionals in a variety of specialties. Our team handles:
Inbound calls for doctor’s offices
Outbound calls for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
What You’ll Need:
A quiet, dedicated workspace at home
A reliable computer (Note: Chrome notebooks are not compatible)
A high-speed internet connection that meets the following requirements:
Ping: 20ms or lower (the lower the better)
Download speed: Minimum 10 Mbps
Upload speed: Minimum 4 Mbps
Dual monitors (or willingness to purchase a second screen)
Excellent English communication skills with a clear, American accent
A genuine interest in a long-term position — this is a steady role with a consistent schedule, and training is comprehensive
Preferred Experience (Not Required — We Will Train the Right Candidate!):
Healthcare or medical office background
Call center or customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
