**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor at careerzynith, your primary duties will include:
* Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts
* Providing administrative and personnel support to clinicians
* Reviewing chats and texts along with documentation of front-line clinicians
* Assisting with training as needed
* Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed
* Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments

**Requirements:**
* Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field
* Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT
* Bilingual preferred
* Crisis, customer service experience preferred
**Benefits:**
* Competitive salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 annually based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend
* Full-time position with regular, predictable attendance
* Flexible work schedule, including a 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM work schedule, Wednesday - Saturday
