As the largest provider of behavioral health services in Travis County, we strive to maintain a diverse workforce and encourage all qualified applicants to apply, including those who have knowledge and/or experience working with underserved populations. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor at careerzynith, your primary duties will include: * Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts * Providing administrative and personnel support to clinicians * Reviewing chats and texts along with documentation of front-line clinicians * Assisting with training as needed * Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed * Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments **Work Environment and Culture:** careerzynith is committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and supportive environment that welcomes and embraces diversity in all forms.
