**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
* Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance they need to provide exceptional care.
* Providing administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including reviewing chats and texts, documenting front-line clinician interactions, and assisting with training as needed.
* Collaborating with a diverse range of community partners, including law enforcement, medical facilities, and schools, to ensure seamless coordination of care and support.
* Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that our team is always equipped to respond to crises and provide expert guidance.
* Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments to individuals in need.
**Requirements:**
* A Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field from an accredited college or university.
* Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
* A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
* Bilingual skills are highly preferred, as is crisis and customer service experience.
