The role involves managing subscription processes, revenue recognition, and credit management activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support subscription management, including billing cycles, renewals, and customer account maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Manage revenue processes in alignment with recognition and reporting requirements
- Oversee credit management activities, including credit assessments and issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial operations and system enhancements
Skills
- Minimum three years of recent experience in subscription management, revenue management, credit management, and Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Experience with implementation and post production support of Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Intercompany Workbench, or COA dimensions
- Ability to support PST-based stakeholders and work cross-time zone as needed
