Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks operational projects across multiple business units to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements
• Conducts data analysis, auditing, and reporting to identify trends, maintain accuracy, and provide actionable insights for leadership and clients
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to research and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and support the development of standard operating procedures
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information, adheres to security policies, and demonstrates expertise across a variety of operational processes

Skills

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably within an outsourcing environment
• Experience working in Medicaid or other health insurance environments
• Strong proficiency with personal computers and business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research issues, gather data, and present findings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while building positive working relationships
