[Remote] Operations & Administrative Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UVM Medical Center is seeking an Operations & Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support within medical staff services. The role involves supporting communication strategies and operational functions related to medical staff services.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative support and coordination in a variety of operational and administrative functions within medical staff services
• Support the communication and engagement strategies and requirements of the UVMHN Medical Staff, MS Leaders, MS Committees, and MSS department leaders
• Provide support to the medical staff committees, policy maintenance, and other operational functions of medical staff services as needed

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or health care related field
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• Experience with developing informational communications, using various mediums such as emails, newsletters, websites, and presentations
• Experience working with physicians and other providers
