Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an experienced OnBase Administrator to provide day-to-day operational support and administration of the OnBase platform. The role involves maintaining system stability, supporting business users, managing deployments, and ensuring high availability of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the OnBase platform
- Maintain system availability, reliability, and performance to ensure uninterrupted business operations
- Configure, administer, and support OnBase applications and environments
- Perform OnBase builds, deployments, upgrades, and patch installations
- Deploy and support OnBase APIs and related integrations
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot OnBase software components
- Work with Windows server infrastructure to support OnBase environments
- Monitor system health, identify issues proactively, and resolve production incidents
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to support ongoing initiatives
- Read, interpret, and execute technical documentation, white papers, and implementation guides
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and deployment processes
- Participate in system maintenance, testing, and release activities
- Ensure adherence to organizational security, compliance, and operational standards
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an OnBase Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with OnBase administration and system configuration
- Experience with OnBase builds, deployments, and environment management
- Experience deploying and supporting OnBase APIs
- Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and supporting server infrastructure
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications
- Ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure-related issues
- Strong understanding of system architecture and enterprise application support
- Ability to read, understand, and implement solutions from technical white papers and documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with OnBase upgrades and migrations
- Knowledge of scripting or automation for deployment and administration
- Experience working in enterprise production support environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
- Experience integrating OnBase with other enterprise applications
