Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare provider, is looking for a Network and Telecom Technical Lead. This role involves managing and supporting the full lifecycle of network infrastructure for over 600 locations and 7000 employees, ensuring seamless provisioning and support while enhancing network security.
Responsibilities
- Manage CATO firewalls and ensure connectivity across all Ivy locations
- Oversee deployment and configuration of network switches and wireless networks
- Manage VoIP systems and telephone infrastructure
- Select and manage ISP relationships and backup internet services
- Develop and maintain network documentation and compliance with security policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or 10 years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years in network engineering or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with SASE platforms, especially CATO Networks
