The role involves owning projects from start to finish, collaborating with teams, and contributing to the product's development and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building new features end to end
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Growth teams to make sure we build delightful features for our customers
- Help scale and maintain our infrastructure as we grow
Skills
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Postgres
- Experience with ElasticSearch
- Experience with Sidekiq
- Experience with Hotwire/Stimulus
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Strong writing skills for clear communication in a remote and async-first environment
- Confidence as a full-stack Rails developer, comfortable across the stack
- Ability to take ownership of projects and areas of the product
- Comfort with ambiguity and making independent decisions
- Based in Europe or the Americas
