The Media Specialist role involves developing and implementing paid media campaigns, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of paid media campaigns, including video, audio, live sports, linear TV, display, social, OOH, DOOH, search, affiliate, etc
- Work closely with internal teams and external media partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
- Assist in evaluating media publisher proposals and provide a POV as it relates to the media campaign
- Monitor media performance using key metrics such as impressions, engagement, conversions, traffic, and ROAS
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation
- Assist in A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve effectiveness
- Work with the agency and internal teams to prepare reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign objectives
- Coordinate milestone meetings for media campaign planning
- Facilitate venter meetings and assist in supporting overall team education sessions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications
- 3-5 years experience in Media Agency, Advertising Agency, Media Planning, Media Buying
- Microsoft Outlook

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
