Skills
- Experience leading and developing technical teams
- Experience designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of modern infrastructure architecture, networking, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
- Experience building and improving infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing practices
- Ability to evaluate technical and business requirements, identify patterns, assess trade-offs, and recommend practical solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
