Key Responsibilities Conduct remote assessments of client business processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Develop and document optimized workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Utilize process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to visualize and analyze existing and proposed processes. Facilitate virtual workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather information and communicate findings. Design and implement solutions that enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction. Provide recommendations on technology adoption and system enhancements to support process improvements. Track and measure the impact of implemented process changes, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate effectively with remote project teams and client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for client review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or a similar role, with a strong focus on optimizing business workflows. Proficiency in process analysis methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar. Experience with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools.
