This role involves managing cases independently, conducting legal research, and collaborating with a small team on high-level litigation matters.
Responsibilities
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft motions in federal and state courts (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.)
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage cases independently and collaborate with a small, dynamic team
Skills
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to work remotely with integrity and full-time commitment
• Currently employed with stable work history (no gaps or multiple short-term roles; no more than 2 employers in the last 5 years)
• Prefer candidates from Midwest or Southern U.S
