They are seeking a legal operations professional with experience in data privacy to support privacy operations and manage compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the legal department's privacy operations across key data governance initiatives
- Manage privacy risk assessments, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Track and maintain privacy compliance activities within broader data governance processes
- Coordinate with product and risk teams to identify privacy implications of new and existing business initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, communicate, and address privacy risks
- Help ensure privacy considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making
Skills
- Candidates must be able to work full-time
- The work will be performed remotely
- The budget is $55 - $70 per hour
- The selected worker will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
- Detail-oriented and proactive communicators are highly preferred
- Experience using OneTrust or a similar compliance tool is preferred
