[Remote] Lead System Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced and highly mature Lead System Analyst to drive technical leadership across a team of system analysts. This role will be responsible for leading technical discussions, making key design decisions, and defining the implementation roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines
• Drive technical discussions, solution design, and decision-making across multiple initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to assess the impact of:
• New or modified data feeds
• System integrations
• Database restructuring
• Enhancements to existing applications
• Analyze upstream and downstream system changes and define corresponding backend solution adjustments
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, well-structured user stories and documentation
• Develop a deep understanding of system dependencies, data flows, and integration patterns
• Evaluate multiple solution approaches and drive the team toward the optimal technical path
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment

• Solid understanding of messaging platforms such as Kafka

• Strong documentation skills with expertise in writing user stories and requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Exposure to Payments domain
