There’s also a clear path to a junior partner role for attorneys ready to lead and mentor. Why Attorneys Actually Make This Move • High-value cases—not a volume mill • Strong support staff so you can focus on strategy and outcomes • Real autonomy—no unnecessary bureaucracy • Compensation that directly reflects the value you generate Compensation (Transparent & Performance-Driven) • Base salary up to $320K • Attorney’s fees participation + KPI bonuses • 15% referral bonuses What You’ll Do: • Handle plaintiff-side employment matters (wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination) • Own cases from intake through resolution • Lead depositions, mediations, and negotiations • (For senior hires) Mentor associates and help scale the team What You Bring: • 5+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience (California) • Ability to independently manage and drive cases • Trial experience is a huge plus • Leadership mindset (for partner-track candidates) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$130,000 – $320,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
