Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions
- Support supply chain implementation and enhancement projects
- Gather business requirements and conduct client workshops
- Analyze current business processes and recommend RapidResponse solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy Kinaxis applications
- Lead user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
- Monitor RapidResponse automation chains, scheduled tasks, and alerts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve supply chain processes
- Support production issues and system enhancements
- Ensure successful project delivery following best practices
Skills
- 3+ Years in Kinaxis RapidResponse / Supply Chain Planning
- Level 1 or Level 2 Kinaxis Certification (Mandatory)
