Responsibilities
- Managing and nurturing relationships of assigned accounts, primarily T&D utility companies
- Driving growth and assuring client satisfaction
- Focusing on strategic account management to increase wallet share of clients’ budgets
- Directly managing high-value territorial accounts
- Maintaining client relationships at all levels (technician to executive)
- Responsible for overall quota attainment at each account
- Collaborating with Regional and Strategic Account Managers, Regional Business Unit Leads, and Product Specialists to ensure alignment on global and regional initiatives
- Fostering customer satisfaction and strengthening the health of the sales pipeline
