Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Ventures is a growing company looking for a Junior Operations Assistant to join their Operations team. The role involves a variety of tasks including auditing, reporting, scheduling, and recruiting, while also providing support to the CEO and assisting in the company's operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that time log entries are accurate and up-to-date for the team
- Perform weekly audits for the Director of Operations
- Document and report action items in meetings
- Monitor the CEO's calendar in Outlook to resolve conflicts
- Schedule and maintain office hours for various team members
- Assist in the company’s recruiting efforts by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Plan out and build courses through the internal Learning Management System
- Audit the new client handoff process from initiation through the completion of the initial calls
- Work with the Director of Operations on various bookkeeping tasks
Skills
- Ability to type at 60 WPM or better
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Apps
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience communicating directly with the team and potentially clients
- Light experience with bookkeeping
- Prior Human Resources experience
