They are seeking a Junior/Intern Account Manager designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians to assist with client setups and manage customer onboarding tracks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements
- Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and client administrators
- Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues
- Act as a key coordinator between the clinical client and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle
Skills
- Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields)
- Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting
- Strong communication skills
