About the Role
We are currently expanding and seeking driven, coachable individuals to join our
remote insurance sales team
.
This is a
commission-based opportunity
focused on life insurance (IUL) and annuities — designed for individuals who want to build a scalable, long-term income stream within a proven system.
Unlike traditional sales roles, you’ll work with
pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments
, allowing you to focus on closing rather than prospecting.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct virtual consultations with educators and public sector clients
• Present tailored financial solutions (IUL & annuities)
• Build trust-based client relationships
• Manage and track leads using CRM tools
• Follow a structured, proven sales system
Compensation
• Commission-based:
70%–90%
• Average earnings per sale:
$2,000–$3,000+
• Top performers:
$10K–$25K+ per month

Ideal Candidate
