Overview
Max Spencer Company is actively seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Insurance Representatives. As an Insurance Representative, you will work directly with clients to provide tailored insurance and financial protection solutions, including life insurance, indexed universal life (IUL) policies, annuities, and other coverage options.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients who have requested information about insurance products
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions, including life insurance and financial protection plans
• Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and long-term financial security strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
• Manage and track client interactions using the company’s CRM system
• Follow a proven, step-by-step sales process to guide prospects from initial contact to policy placement
• Handle inbound leads provided by the company
• Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with team members and mentors in a remote environment
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Coachable and willing to learn new systems and strategies
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication tools
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
