We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative, responsible for delivering outstanding support to consumers as they set up various home services and providing personalized assistance to ensure a smooth experience.
Responsibilities
• Optimize the customer experience by presenting tailored services to meet their home needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of APHW services
• Utilize consultative selling to find and close sales opportunities
• Provide consumers with excellent customer service
• Stay well-informed with market conditions and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette (using tone and voice inflection)
• Excellent time and resource management skills
• Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM use
• High school or equivalent
• Inside B2C sales experience preferred
• Prior home system/utility service-related sales experience a plus
