Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TSI Group is seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales professional to manage and grow a diverse customer portfolio across the US. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with contract manufacturers, brands, and e-commerce customers while delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Vet and qualify potential customer leads to ensure alignment with TSI’s long-term strategy
- Identify, onboard, and develop new B2B customers, including contract manufacturers, brand owners, and e-commerce partners
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across US markets
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, volume, and margin performance
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and define next actions
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Partner with sales leadership to support pricing, promotional, and go-to-market strategies
- Negotiate and execute commercial terms, including pricing, rebates, and supply agreements
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
- Provide structured customer and market insights to support product innovation and positioning
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reliable order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data within CRM systems
- Prepare and present account performance updates to senior management
- Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms in collaboration with Finance
Skills
- Proven experience in account management or sales within food supplements, nutraceuticals, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of the US health, wellness, or consumer nutrition markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales, margin, and performance data
- Travel Requirements: Less than 10% travel required
