NPact is a software and service provider for nonprofits and foundations across the US and Canada, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates
- Track project risks, issues, and action items
- Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders
- Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence
- Support successful go-live and project closure activities
Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience leading client-facing projects
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements
- Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with nonprofits or foundations
- Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT
