- Administer, configure, and maintain IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environments
- Design and implement document archiving and retrieval solutions
- Manage data ingestion, indexing, storage, and retention processes
- Troubleshoot CMOD application, database, and performance issues
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments
- Develop and maintain CMOD reports, applications, and workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with data retention, governance, and security policies
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA requirements
