You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and drive revenue for hospitality businesses. This includes overseeing systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, booking engines, and mobile applications.
